OurMarket Concept - Investing in ideas
I’ve always been interested in markets and the interesting way a group of people set the price of an asset by trading it.
I wondered if you could apply this to abstract ideas, concepts, and even people.
For example buying “stocks” in the concept of electric cars. Similar to bitcoin the “stocks” wouldn’t have any inherent value, rather they would represent the public’s faith and combined confidence in an idea or person. Although it’s a naieve interpretation of securities, I like the concept and decided to implement a simple platform for it.
I see it as a similar concept to predictit.org
